There has definitely been highs and lows so far this season for the Charlotte Hornets. Especially after the 119-111 loss to the Chicago Bulls last night. The Charlotte Hornets are now ranked 13th in the eastern conference of the NBA at 9 wins and 15 losses. They have a game tonight against the also 9-15 Los Angeles Lakers. The question now is: will this team be able to make it to the playoffs this year? It will definitely be an uphill battle, because at this point it looks like they will be fighting for the eighth seed of the eastern conference playoffs. Add to that the injuries that have occurred so far this season, and with head coach Steve Clifford out for the foreseeable future due to health issues, the Hornets will have quite the task on their hands.
